RaceTravel is a digital platform that aggregates information about international Hyrox, Marathon and Triathlon events, and provides recommendations for hotels, transport and local guides for athletes travelling to those events.

RaceTravel gathers public information about events, organisers, venues and related logistics. Some links are affiliate links (hotels, flights, transport) and may generate a commission at no additional cost to the user. Such links are disclosed in line with applicable law and our Cookie Policy.

Account creation is free and optional. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity on their account. The user agrees to use the platform lawfully, without bypassing security mechanisms, scraping data in bulk, or harming other users.

The platform's content (text, design, brand, code, editorial database) belongs to RaceTravel or to its respective owners. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited without written permission. Event logos and names belong to their respective organisers and are used for informational purposes only.

RaceTravel is not the organiser of the listed events. Information is provided "as-is", based on public sources and community input, and may contain inaccuracies. The user should always confirm dates, prices and conditions with the official organiser. RaceTravel is not liable for date changes, cancellations, losses arising from bookings made with third parties, or the quality of services provided by affiliate partners.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable legislation. Any dispute shall be settled by the courts of Lisbon, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

RaceTravel may update these terms at any time. The date of the last revision is published in the footer of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
