Where is the packet pickup and what do I need?
Packet pickup is at the Métabief Gymnasium on Friday evening and Saturday morning. You must present a valid ID and a medical certificate or PPS certificate.
Is there a mandatory gear list for the Trail du Mont d'Or?
Yes, standard requirements include a 500ml water capacity, whistle, survival blanket, and a mobile phone. Poles are permitted but must be carried the whole way.
What is the best way to get to Métabief without a car?
Take the TGV Lyria to Frasne or Vallorbe (CH), then use the 'Mobigo' bus shuttles or a local taxi to reach the resort.
Are there cut-off times for the longer distances?

Is the course very technical?
The course features steep climbs on the Mont d'Or cliffs which can be slippery if wet. Trail shoes with aggressive lugs are highly recommended.
