- Bib collection takes place at the Salle Polyvalente near the Etang area on Friday afternoon and early Saturday morning.

- Limited shuttles run from the Saint-Julien-en-Genevois SNCF station; however, the venue is best reached by local taxis or car-sharing.
- What is the mandatory gear for the Trail des Kaos?
- You must carry a minimum of 1L of water, a survival blanket, a whistle, a waterproof jacket, and a mobile phone with the emergency number stored.
- Is the course technically difficult for road runners?
- Yes, it features significant vertical gain and technical descents. Trail-specific shoes with aggressive lugs are highly recommended.
- Will there be race-day bag storage?
- A secure bag drop is available at the start/finish line in Lieu-dit La Coste for athletes to store warm clothing.
- Are trekking poles allowed?
- Poles are allowed but must be carried from start to finish. Please be mindful of other runners on narrow single-track sections.
- What type of nutrition is at the aid stations?
- Stations typically offer water, electrolyte drinks, bananas, oranges, crackers, and local cheeses. Gels are usually not provided.
