- Where is the packet pickup located?
- Packet pickup typically takes place in Downtown Auburn at Central Square or the Gold Vibe Kombucha facility the day before your specific race distance starts.
- Are there shuttles for the point-to-point races?
- Yes, for the 100K and 50K distances, which are often point-to-point, the organizers provide mandatory/optional shuttles from Auburn to the start lines in China Walls or Foresthill. Book these during registration.
- What is the terrain like?
- The course uses the iconic Western States Trail. Expect technical singletrack, significant vertical gain/loss in the canyons, and sections of fire road. It is rugged and physically demanding.
- Will there be snow on the course?
