- Where do I pick up my race packet?
- Packet pickup typically takes place at the race expo located near King George I Square or the Patras Town Hall in the two days leading up to the race. Bring your ID and confirmation email.
- Is the course flat?
- Yes, the Patras Half Marathon is known for being very flat and fast. It largely follows the coastal road, making it an excellent choice for a Personal Best attempt.
- What is the baggage drop procedure?
- A secure baggage area is provided near the start/finish line at King George I Square. Use the bag provided in your race kit and arrive at least 45 minutes before the start.
- Are there toilets on the course?
- Portable toilets are located at the start/finish area and near the water stations, which are approximately every 2.5km to 5km along the route.
- How do I get from the airport to Patras?
- The nearest major airport is Athens (ATH). You can take the Proastiakos train to Kiato and then a connecting bus/train to Patras, or hire a private car for a 2.5-hour journey.
- Is the race course closed to traffic?
- Yes, the entire route along the seafront and through the city centre is closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of the event.
