Um marco do calendário de corridas da Bretanha, este evento festivo e solidário realiza-se todos os terceiros domingos de janeiro em Saint-Grégoire. O programa inclui a prestigiada 10km Blot, com selo nacional da FFA, a par da La Grégorienne de 7,5 km para mulheres e uma corrida não cronometrada de 5 km. Os participantes contribuem para a investigação médica, com uma parte das taxas de inscrição a apoiar a investigação de doenças neurodegenerativas e hospitais infantis.

Bibs (dossards) are typically collected at the Complexe Sportif du COSEC in Saint-Grégoire on the Saturday afternoon before the race and early Sunday morning.
Is the course at Les Métropolitaines fast?
Yes, the 10km course is known for being extremely flat and fast, often used by elites to set personal bests or qualifying marks.
What is the typical weather for the January race?
Expect cold conditions, usually between 2°C and 8°C. Rain is common in Brittany in January, so dress in layers and bring a waterproof layer for the start corral.
