- What is the Youngstars event format?
- Youngstars is a modified HYROX race for children and teens, featuring age-appropriate weights and distances for the functional movements and running laps.
- Where is packet pickup located?
- Packet pickup is located inside the ExCeL London main hall. Follow signs for HYROX check-in. It is recommended to arrive at least 60-90 minutes before your start wave.
- Is there a bag drop for athletes?
- Yes, there is a secure, staffed bag drop area available for all competitors. Ensure your belongings are tagged with your athlete number.
- What should the athletes wear?
- Standard gym wear is ideal. Ensure shoes have good grip for the sled push/pull. Many athletes wear long socks or leggings to protect their shins during certain movements.
- Can parents go onto the course?
- Parents are not permitted on the competition floor but there is a dedicated spectator 'Roxzone' with excellent views of all functional stations.
- How do we get to the ExCeL London?
- Take the Elizabeth Line to Custom House or the DLR to Prince Regent. Both stations are less than a 5-minute walk from the venue entrances.
