Victoria International Airport (YYJ) is about 30 minutes away. The most convenient options are the YYJ Airport Shuttle, a taxi (approx. $60 CAD), or ride-sharing apps like Uber.

Yes, water and electrolyte drinks (typically Gatorade) are available roughly every 3km. Gels are usually provided at two specific stations around the 15km and 30km marks.
