Yes, there is a secure, supervised bag drop area for athletes inside the hall. It is included in your entry fee, but ensure your gear is in a closed bag.

Yes, spectators are welcome and can purchase tickets online or at the door. The layout at Hamburg Messe is excellent for viewing the 'Roxzone' and the finishing carpet.

What is the floor surface like?

The race takes place on the polished concrete of the exhibition hall. HYROX provides a specialized rubber matting for the running track to ensure better grip and cushioning.

Can I bring my own hydration?
