Packet pickup typically takes place at the Salt Palace Convention Center the afternoon before the race and early on race morning. Official times are emailed 2 weeks prior.

Is there a specific area for bag drop?

Yes, there is a secured athlete-only recovery zone with a bag drop area inside the Salt Palace. Bags must be tagged with your race number.

What shoes are recommended for the Salt Palace floor?

The floor is typically polished concrete covered by thin event carpet. Wear shoes with excellent grip (like specialized CrossFit or hybrid running shoes) to prevent slipping during the Sled Push.

Can I bring my own hydration and nutrition?
