There are no official shuttles. It is highly recommended to rent a car from Cape Town International Airport for the 50-minute drive to Grabouw.
How do I secure my bike overnight?
Transition is usually strictly managed, but most athletes store bikes at their accommodation. Trail's End and Houw Hoek offer secure, athlete-friendly storage.
