- The Tro Ker Roc'h typically starts in the historical centre of La Roche-Derrien (part of the new commune La Roche-Jaudy) near the church square.
- Is there a gear drop-off?
- Yes, a supervised bag drop zone is available at the start/finish line from 07:30 onwards. Ensure your bib number is clearly marked on your bag.
- What is the terrain like for the marathon?
- It is a mix of paved roads and rural trails through the Jaudy valley. Expect undulating terrain rather than a pancake-flat road course.
- Where can I pick up my race bib?
- Bib collection is usually held at the Salle des Fêtes in La Roche-Derrien the day before the race and on race morning until 45 minutes before the start.
- Are dogs allowed to run with participants?
- No, for safety reasons on the narrow trails and road sections, dogs and other pets are not permitted in the competitive races.
- What kind of hydration is provided?
- Aid stations are located approximately every 5km, offering water, local cider (at some points!), oranges, and gingerbread.
