The transition area and start line are both located at the Camping Paradis de la Plage, right by the banks of the Lot river.
What is the water temperature usually like?
In late September, the Lot river typically ranges between 17°C and 19°C. Wetsuits are usually mandatory for safety.
Is the bike course particularly hilly?
Yes, the bike leg features significant elevation gains common to the Lot valley, including steep climbs up to the village cliffs.
When can I pick up my race bib?
Packet pickup is typically available on Friday evening and Saturday morning until one hour before the first wave start.
Is there parking near the start?
There is limited parking at the Camping de la Plage; athletes are encouraged to park in the lower village lots and ride down.

Can I rent a bike locally?
