Where can I pick up my race bib?
Bib collection takes place in the Saint-Mesmin multi-purpose hall on Saturday afternoon and on race day morning until 30 minutes before the start.
What is the mandatory equipment for the 40km?
It is mandatory to carry a water reservoir (min 1L), a survival blanket, a whistle, and a charged mobile phone.
Are showers available after the race?
Yes, showers and changing rooms are available for all athletes in the sports complex next to the finish line.
How do the aid stations work?
The race is semi-self-sufficient; there are hydration and solid food stations every 10-15km, but you must bring your own reusable cup.
Where can I park on race day?
There are free parking lots signposted at the entrance to Saint-Mesmin, less than 500m from the starting line.
Is the course very technical?
Yes, the Auvézère gorges feature technical trails with rocks and roots; trail shoes with good traction are recommended.
Can I use poles during the race?
Yes, the use of poles is allowed, provided they are carried from the start to the finish of the race.
