- Start waves usually begin from 07:00 and continue through to 10:00 depending on your distance and category (Walk, Jog, or Run).
- How do I collect my race pack?
- Registration is typically done on the morning of the event at the start marquee in Bishop's Park. Arrive at least 45-60 minutes before your wave time.
- What is the course terrain like?
- The course follows the Thames Path. It is mostly flat but includes mixed surfaces: paved paths, gravel, and some grass sections. Road running shoes are usually fine, but trail shoes are safer if it has rained.
- Is there a bag drop service?
- Yes, there is a bag drop at the start which will be transported to your chosen finish line (25km, 50km, or 100km points).
- Are there hydration and food stations?
