Thames Path Challenge

Un evento escénico con varias distancias que sigue al río más grande de Inglaterra a través del corazón de London y hacia el campo. El desafío ofrece distancias desde 22 km hasta una ultra de 100 km, pasando por lugares históricos y hermosos parques a lo largo del Thames Path. Where exactly is the start and how do I get there?
The start is at Bishop's Park, Fulham (SW6 3EA). The nearest tube station is Putney Bridge (District Line), just a 5-minute walk from the start line.
What time does the event start?
Start waves usually begin from 07:00 and continue through to 10:00 depending on your distance and category (Walk, Jog, or Run).
How do I collect my race pack?
Registration is typically done on the morning of the event at the start marquee in Bishop's Park. Arrive at least 45-60 minutes before your wave time.
What is the course terrain like?
The course follows the Thames Path. It is mostly flat but includes mixed surfaces: paved paths, gravel, and some grass sections. Road running shoes are usually fine, but trail shoes are safer if it has rained.
Is there a bag drop service?
Yes, there is a bag drop at the start which will be transported to your chosen finish line (25km, 50km, or 100km points).
Are there hydration and food stations?
Yes, there are fully stocked rest stops approximately every 12-15km with water, snacks, and hot food at the major halfway and finish points.
What gear is mandatory?
A headtorch is mandatory for 100km/50km late finishers. You must also carry a mobile phone, basic first aid, and a reusable water bottle (the event is plastic-bottle free).
Can I get a transfer back to London from the finish?
The organizers provide optional shuttle buses from the 50km and 100km finish points back to nearby train stations or the start line; these must be booked in advance.
