- How do I get to the start line on race morning?
- The most efficient way is using the Southeastern trains from London Bridge or Charing Cross to Blackheath, Maze Hill, or Greenwich stations. Travel is free for runners on race morning with your bib.
- Where is the Expo for packet pickup?
- The Running Show is held at ExCeL London. You must collect your bib there in the days prior; there is no race-day collection.
- What is the bag drop policy?
- You must use the official kit bag provided at the Expo. You drop this at your specific start wave area in Greenwich Park, and it will be transported to the finish at The Mall.
- How are the start waves organised?
- There are four main start zones (Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow) around Greenwich Park/Blackheath. Your registration email will specify your color and wave time based on predicted finish.
- Are there hydration stations on the course?
- Yes, water in 250ml bottles is provided roughly every 2 miles, with Lucozade Sport and energy gels available at specific points (usually miles 7, 15, and 21).
- Is the course hilly?
- The course is generally flat and fast. There is a slight downhill section in the first 3 miles as you drop from Blackheath toward the Thames, but the rest is mostly level.
