FAQ

What is the bib collection process for foreign participants?
Bibs must be collected at the Get Active Expo held at Jio World Convention Centre. International runners usually need their passport and confirmation email. There is no race-day bib pickup.
How do I get to the start line at CST?
The easiest way is walking if staying in South Mumbai (Colaba/Fort). For those further away, special marathon trains operate early on the Western and Central lines, or use official race shuttle buses.
Is there a bag drop facility?
Yes, bag storage is available at Azad Maidan (near the start/finish). Ensure you use the official clear bag provided in your race kit.
What is the humidity like on race day?
Despite being January, humidity can be high (around 60-70%). The temperature rises quickly after 8:30 AM, so early pacing is critical.
Are there many hills on the course?
The course is mostly flat, but includes the iconic Bandra-Worli Sea Link which involves a steady incline/decline. The Peddar Road flyover near the end is the most challenging ‘wall’ for many.
Is the course hydration adequate?
Yes, there are water and energy drink stations approx. every 2km. Bisleri water and Enerzal are the standard provisions.
