Is it easy to get to the start line via public transport?
Yes, Metro Line 2 and Line 10 (East Nanjing Road Station) are within walking distance of The Bund. However, the metro may not start early enough for some waves; a Didi (local Uber) or staying within walking distance is recommended.

It is usually cold and crisp, ranging from 5°C to 12°C. Humidity can be high, and there is often a breeze off the river at the start line. Bring throwaway layers.
