- The main event hub, including packet pickup and the finish line, is centered at the Municipal Market and Largo da Câmara in Seia.
- Is a GPS trackers mandatory?
- Yes, for the 100M and 100K distances, a GPS tracker is provided by the organisation, but you must carry your own device with the route loaded as well.
- What gear is mandatory for the 100M?
- Expect a standard UTMB kit list: survival blanket, waterproof jacket with hood, whistle, mobile phone, and at least 1L of water capacity.
- Is it possible to use poles?
- Yes, poles are highly recommended due to the heavy elevation profile (over 8000m+ for the 100M). Use them from the start or carry them throughout.
- How do I get to Seia from Lisbon?
- The easiest way is by car (approx. 3 hours) or taking the Rede Expressos bus service which runs directly from Sete Rios to Seia.
- Will there be snow on the course?
- In late April/May, there is a high possibility of snow or slush at the summit of Torre (1993m). Be prepared for sub-zero windchill.
- Are support crews allowed?
- External assistance is only permitted at designated refreshment stations. Spectators and crews must follow event-specific parking regulations.
