- The Furber Steps are a set of 900+ stairs at the very end of the race. Even after 100km, you must climb these to the finish line at Scenic World.

- Yes, poles are permitted and highly recommended for the 50k and 100k distances to assist with the significant elevation gain and steep stairs.
