How do I get to the start line at the Temple of Hatshepsut?
The race starts on the West Bank. If staying on the East Bank, take the National Ferry or a private motorboat to cross the Nile, then a taxi or the official race shuttle to the Temple entrance.
Where is the packet pickup located?
Packet pickup traditionally takes place at the Sonesta St. George Hotel or a similar central East Bank location the day before the race.
What time does the race start?
The race typically starts at 07:00 AM to avoid the midday heat, though it can still be quite cool at dawn.
