- The swim takes place in the East China Sea (salt water). Wetsuits are typically permitted as water temperatures in November range between 20-22°C.
- What is the bike course like?
- The bike course is extremely fast and flat, following the scenic Rainbow Road (Binhai West Road) coastline. It is a multi-lap format with excellent road surfaces.
- How do I get my bike from Xiamen Gaoqi Airport?
- Official race shuttles often accommodate bike boxes, or you can book a 'Didi' (Premier/XL) which is the local equivalent of Uber. Expect a 30-minute drive.
- When is packet pickup?
- Packet pickup typically opens two days before the race at the Meifeng Sports Park expo area. Bring your passport and registration QR code.
- Are disc wheels allowed?
- Yes, disc wheels are generally allowed unless high wind warnings are issued by the race director on the morning of the event.
